Protein Frosted Cinnamon Roll Dip
Nothing's sweeter than fresh cinnamon rolls on a weekend morning- well maybe those same cinnamon rolls minus the calories and guilt. And even better this that this Cookie Butter Protein recipe is super versatile- use it for rice cakes, strawberries, apples- highly dippable and extremely yummy.
Frosted Cinnamon Roll Cookie Butter Protein Dip

24g Protein Cookie Butter Frosted Cinnamon Roll
24g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your Choice (optional)
80g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
10g Mini Chocolate Chips
Add all your Protein Cookie Butter, PEScience and sweetener into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
Slowly add cold water and mix and repeat till you have thick but not to thick frosting like consistency.
Add your greek yogurt in and mix.
Add to freezer for 15-20 minutes to thicken up more.
Add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in.
Take a Kim’s Magic Pop or anything dippable and dip it into the heaven like a dessert chips and dip!
DIRECTIONS FOR COOKIE BUTTER ICING
1)) Take your Powdered Protein Cookie Butter and add to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add in 10ml of cold water and mix. Repeat the addition of water and mixing process 3-4 times till you have a nice icing like consistency. Add to freezer for 10 minutes to help it thicken up a bit more.
Pro-tip with Icing: Add icing to zip lock bag, cut off the tip and that’s how you can add this on top like an icing!
