20 g Bday Cake Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder (Vegan or Whey!)
3 g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
2 g Baking Powder
50 g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt (can sub with non dairy yogurt to make dairy free!)
30 g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Large Egg
15 g Mini White Chocolate Chips
10 g Rainbow Sprinkles
Add all of your dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add in your greek yogurt (Can use dairy free yogurt to make dairy free!), maple syrup, and egg with the dry ingredients until you get a thick batter like consistency. Microwave your 15g white chocolate chips in a small dish till melted (About 45 seconds) and then add to your blondie batter.
Spray your 6.5 in cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray, then add your batter evenly until the whole pan is covered.
Add your pan to the Air Fryer on 275 degrees F for 8 minutes! Once it’s done, take the pan out and enjoy!
