Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes

- Total Time: 15 mins
- Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your wet ingredients and mix until there’s a batter with no chunks. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken up a bit more.
- Now preheat your stove top pan on a 5/10 heat. Once preheated, spray with non-stick cooking spray and then add 1/5th of your batter to the middle of your pan. Spread out a little with your spoon or cookie scooper like I used. Pancakes should be about 6in.
- Let cook on that side until you see around 10 air bubbles coming from the top of the pancake. Now flip and cook on that side for another 2 minutes. Repeat this process for all 5 pancakes and then enjoy!
